We offer 10% off your total rental when you pay the full amount in cash at drop-off! You’ll pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at checkout to hold your items, and we’ll refund that deposit instantly at delivery when cash payment is received.

One Discount Rule: Only one discount can be applied per order β€” no mix-and-matching promos or special deals.


πŸ•οΈ Setup Surfaces
Different surfaces require different gear β€” stakes, sandbags, or tarps β€” to keep everything safe and secure.
Grass β€” Free
Turf / Concrete / Indoors β€” +$10 (includes sandbags)
Dirt / Bark / Dead Grass β€” +$40 (includes tarps
If you forget to select your setup surface during checkout, the correct fee will be added at drop-off.


🏞️ Parks & Public Spaces
Yes, we rent for parks!
You’ll just need to:

  • Get a permit from your city’s Parks & Rec department.
  • Request a certificate of insurance (COI) if your park requires it.
  • Make sure the park has power β€” or rent a generator from us.
  • Book at least 2 weeks in advance for park setups.

πŸ•“ Delivery & Timing

Setup and takedown take about 20–30 minutes each, depending on the equipment and location. Please have your space ready when we arrive.

Inflatables:
Delivery is free within 25 miles of Santa Clara (95050). Beyond that, a flat $45 delivery fee applies (up to 45 miles max). Includes full setup and takedown.

Tables, Chairs & Other Equipment (Non-Inflatables):
A flat $45 drop-off fee applies regardless of distance. These items are drop-off only β€” setup is not included.


πŸ‘©β€πŸ¦± Adult Supervision
A responsible adult (18+) must be present during delivery, setup, and pickup, and must supervise all inflatables during use.


πŸ’° Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your rental date. The balance is due upon delivery.
We accept cash, credit, or debit. Cash payments in full qualify for our 10% off discount and an instant deposit refund.


πŸ“† Cancellations & Refunds
Plans change β€” we get it!

  • Cancel 72 hours or more before your event to apply your deposit as credit toward a future rental within one year.
  • Cancel less than 72 hours before delivery and your deposit is non-refundable.
  • If weather interferes (like heavy rain or high winds), we’ll help you reschedule or apply your deposit to another date.

🧺 Cleaning Fees
We take pride in delivering clean equipment every time!
A $25 cleaning fee applies if the inflatable is returned excessively dirty or muddy. Please keep food, drinks, Silly String, and confetti away from all units.


πŸ’ Tipping
Our crew works hard to make your event shine!
Tips are always appreciated β€” typically 10–20% of your total rental per staff member is a generous thank-you.


πŸ“… Booking Timeline
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for holiday weekends or park events.


πŸŽ‰Multi-Day Discount: One rental day runs from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Anything beyond that counts as an additional day. Your first day is full price, and each extra day is 20% off the daily rate. The discount applies automatically at checkout. Excludes delivery.


πŸ’§ Water Slides
Water slides are splashy fun β€” but hoses are not included. You can rent a hose add-on for $10 under our Party Add-Ons section.
