Day-Of Event Setup & Coordination

Hosting a big celebration? We’ll handle the setup details so you can focus on the fun! Our coordination team helps with layout setup, décor placement, table and chair arrangement, and general organization on the day of your event.

• $75 per hour, 2-hour minimum
• Setup support for tables, chairs, lighting, and decorations
• Ideal for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events
• Coordination only — décor and design services not included
• Requires 2 weeks’ advance notice
