We had an amazing experience! The entire process from booking to setup was seamless and stress-free. The bounce house itself was in perfect condition, super clean, and a huge hit at our party. The kids didn’t want to stop jumping, and the adults loved how organized and professional everything was. Pickup was just as smooth as setup—no hassle at all.   • Pay your full rental in cash at drop-off, and we’ll bounce with joy while refunding your deposit instantly.

  • Grass is easy-breezy. But turf, concrete, or dirt need sandbags, tarps, and extra elbow grease to keep things safe and sturdy.

  • About 20–30 minutes! Just make sure we have space cleared and a path ready for our crew (bonus points for snacks).

  • Absolutely! We offer Day-Of Setup & Coordination and Event Staff to make your event stress-free. Whether you need help setting up, supervising inflatables, or keeping things organized, we’ve got your back.

    Just call or email us at least 2 weeks in advance so we can plan with you.

  • Life happens — we get it!

    • Cancel 72 hours or more before your event, and your deposit can be used as credit toward a future rental within 6 months.
    • Cancel less than 72 hours before delivery, and your deposit is non-refundable (since we’ve already prepped your items).
    • If weather forces a cancellation (like high winds or heavy rain), we’ll help reschedule or apply your deposit to another date.
